My Balto Flat

I took a shot at a measured model of my apartment in Lightwave, rendered in Octane with Toon shading.  Lessons learned:  1.  Be very careful with your Boolean operations.  Do not prepare walls in plan and then extrude them.  Instead use more of a shell approach where you extrude an outer volume, then an inner volume, and then subtract the latter from the former.  2.  Always do your exterior as one continuous volume.  This approach is particularly important if you are applying a finish such as a Dirt Texture like I did.  Do not make each room a separate volume and then graft them together else the texture will create/exaggerate distracting seams between volume on the outer wall.
